Staying in touch throughout the selling process is paramount. Kara will make sure you are informed of your property's activity within the marketplace. This may come through personal emails, phone calls or texts. When you meet with Kara she will ask you what your needs are in regards to communication - or how much you want to know, as each seller is unique. You will be kept informed and know what marketing efforts are taking place, what showings have happened and when, and what the feedback is after each showing. Anytime Kara feels something is notable, she will communicate it to you. And if you happen to be an out-of-town seller and not living in your property for sale, Kara will keep you updated if she notices anything amiss. You will feel as though you are an important part of the process. Most importantly, you'll be able to have an accurate pulse on what is going on with the marketing of your home and how buyers are reacting to it.
